Primary malignant large B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma of the scalp and cranial vault: a case report and an overview
Fatma Kolsi, Mehdi Borni, Ines Cherif, Marouen Taallah, Slim Charfi, Mohamed Zaher Boudawara
Background: Primary non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphoma of the bone is a rare entity, accounting for 4% of all non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphomas (NHL). Cranial vault involvement is rarer, found only in 0.2% of cases (1)(2). Only few cases have been reported previously in the literature (3)(4).
Case presentation: The authors are reporting a new case of primary malignant large B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma of the cranial vault presenting as a progressively growing painless scalp lump at the level of the parieto-occipital right bone in a 30-year-old Caucasian young lady because of its rare occurrence.
Conclusion: Primary lymphoma of the cranial vault remains an extremely rare tumor. Its treatment is still not well standardized. Therefore, a thorough search is needed to improve the management of this disease as well as its prognosis

The Relationship between Nutritional Health Servicesf Pregnant Women and the Incidence of Stunting in Lhok Bot, Aceh Jaya
The Relationship between Nutritional Health Servicesf Pregnant Women and the Incidence of Stunting in Lhok Bot, Aceh Jaya
Suriati, Teungku Nih Farisni
Health services are an effort provided by the public health center (puskesmas) to the community which includes planning, implementing, evaluating, recording, reporting, and pouring it into a system. Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five as a result of chronic malnutrition so that children are too short for their age and period. Growth will be stunted unlike normal-born children in general. Pregnant women are a group that is vulnerable to nutritional problems. Lack of nutrition for pregnant women has a very large impact on the child they are carrying. The purpose of this study is to determine if there is a relationship between maternal health services pregnant women with stunting and the relationship between nutrition of pregnant women who experience SEZ and stunting in the working area of the Lageun Public Health Center, Setia Bakti sub-district, Aceh Jaya Regency. The method used is a quantitative method through a cross-sectional approach. The indicators used to assess health services for mothers pregnant women were ANC, p-value = 0.095 (p>0.05), pregnant women received at least 90 Fe pills (blood-enhancing tablets) p-value = 0.002 (p<0.05), pregnant women who attended counseling nutrition/class of pregnant women p-value = 0.246 (p>0.05), pregnant women got nutritional monitoring resulted p-value = 0.004 (p<0.05), households with pregnant women had family latrines with p-value = 0.435 (p>0.05), pregnant women who had access to safe drinking water resulted p-value = 0.590 (p>0.05), households with pregnant women had health insurance results p-value = 0.435 (p> 0.05). Nutrition of pregnant women resulted p-value = 0.001 (p<0.05). The results of the study found that there was a relationship between nutritional health services for pregnant women and the incidence of stunting. The results were carried out with the chi-square test to obtain results from the relationship between health services for pregnant women and the incidence of stunting.

We describe herein our corporate experience of use of both carbon negative the gasoline replacement fuel isobutanol and the diesel fuel replacement fuel diacetyl alcohol in the engines of the sacrificed for this test corporate cars 2020 Toyota Camry and 2020 Porshe Cayenne Turbo (gasoline replacement) and 2020 Shevrolet Silverado 1500 (diesel fuel replacement). Gasoline fuel replacements were used for 20,000 miles and the diesel fuel replacement was used for 10,000 miles. The certified mechanics invited from the respective cars dealerships did not find no any deviations in said cars performance and no any gaskets leaks creating further problems in said cars. We suggest that our carbon negative gasoline and diesel fuel replacements will replace initially the gasoline and the diesel fuel nationwide and then world-wide.

We proposed human intestine as the gate for the delivery of the therapeutic recombinant proteins expressed inside of the human body. The normal intestinal microflora was used to express the selected genes of the pathogenic organism Yersinia pestis the causative agent for plug in humans and animals. We have confirmed the production of the selected proteins by the PCR to their DNAs expressed in intestinal bifidobacteria chosen. Now it is the role of the immunologists to find the antibodies for the recombinant proteins expressed inside of the volunteer’s organism. Key words: Expression of the recombinant proteins inside human’s body; Bifidobacterium breve; use of genome tailoring technology to express the recombinant proteins inside of the volunteer’s body.

Study of the nutritional status of end-stage renal disease patients on maintenance hemodialysis in Benghazi
Study of the nutritional status of end-stage renal disease patients on maintenance hemodialysis in Benghazi
Safia S. Elramli
Background: Malnutrition, which is a powerful predictor of morbidity and mortality, is common in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Therefore, adequate nutrition is very important for such patients. Nutritional management in hemodialysis patients is a very important factor for prognosis , a better overall outcome and quality of life.
Objectives: The current study mainly aimed to determine the nutritional status and prevalence of malnutrition and to investigate the relationship between nutritional markers, anthropometric parameters such as body mass index (BMI), and routine laboratory parameters with SGA in patients undergoing hemodialysis.
Patients and Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out on HD patients in Hawari Nephro Center and Nephro Unit of Benghazi Medical Center from December 2019 to January 2020. A total of 155 HD patients were recruited for this study and assessed for nutritional status include both Male and females aged 18 years and over with regular hemodialysis. Outcome measures: Measurements included questionnaire that elicited information on social demographic characteristics, Patient’s medical history , and duration of hemodialysis. Anthropometry, biochemical parameters were measured. Seven-Point Subjective Global Assessment (7-point SGA) was used to assess the nutritional state of HD patients. Biochemical tests were obtained during the study period from medical files of the studied patients. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The Chi-Square test was applied to examine the study data.
Results: Data shows that 58% of HDP were well-nourished while the remaining 39%, 3%had mild-to-severe malnutrition. Regarding the prevalence of malnutrition in both gender, males group was mor prevalent of malnourished than female group. SGA score results indicated some significant correlations with patient’s post dialysis BMI and albumin ,however, there was a negative correlation between demographic characteristics as gender, income, education level, comorbid disease , clinical variable such as duration and frequency of HD and some biochemical tests as electrolytes, phosphorous ,hemoglobin, cholesterol with SGA scores. In addition, results show that insignificant correlation between nutrients intake, meals pattern of HD patients with SGA.
Conclusions: Observations of nutritional status are necessary to maintain the health status of dialysis patients. Every strategy should be used to avoid complications of hemodialysis manifested in uremic state including anorexia, nausea, vomiting leading to malnutrition, fluid and electrolyte imbalance leading to volume overload, hyperkalemia, metabolic acidosis, and hyperphosphatemia, as well as abnormalities related to hormonal or systemic dysfunction such as hypertension, anemia, hyperlipidemia, and bone disease, Timely diagnosis of protein-energy-wasting (PEW) is important for early initiation of nutritional intervention and treatment. In addition, education plans should be prepared to mediate the nutrient intakes and identify the patient's difficulties and provide practical help.

Is Spike Protein-Related Myocarditis Becoming a Common Disease?
Doepp, Manfred
In our clinical routine, we increasingly find patients who have myocardial damage. Predominantly, they have undergone Covid-19 infection and are considered to have "recovered." This applies to both vaccinated and unvaccinated patients. At first glance, this seems illogical. Of course, on the one hand, vaccinated persons have Covid-19 viruses in their organism and, on the other hand, they produce spike proteins, because a production of neutralizing antibodies is, after all, the purpose of vaccination. In unvaccinated people this is not so clear, because one part of them has "recovered", another part has not undergone any infection. It appears that they have inhaled spike proteins, which were exhaled by vaccinated
